Section 3. That if any aection, paragraph, clauae or provision of thi•
ordinance •hall for any reaaon be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the
invalidity or unenforceability of auch aection, paragraph, clauae or proviaion
aball not effect any of the r ... ining proviaion• of thi• ordinance.
Section 4. 'ftlat all ordinance•, r..olutiona, by-lava, and regulations
of the City, in conflict with thi• ordinance, are hereby repealed to the exten•
only of auch inconaiatency. thi• repealer •hall not be conatrued to revive any
ordinance, reaolution, by-law, or regulation, or part thereof, heretofore
