WHBRBAS, the City Council of Bnglewood, Colorado, pursuant to the Charter and Ordinance No. 8, Series 1959, as amended, of said City and the laws of the State of Colorado, hereby finds and determines that there exists a necea- •ity for the creation of Scenic View Sanitary Sewer Di•trict. in said City. and the construction therein of certain sewerage improvements: and WBBRBAS, the City Council has heretofore directed the City Bngineer to prepare plans. specificati ons, maps and schedules in accordance with said laws: and WHBRBAS, the City Engineer has made hi• report in the premises and has filed with the Clerk of said City all the maps and certificates of his survey. ••wel l as schedules. plans. specifications. approximations of cost, and all other matters and thing s in complete f orm and substance as by law required: and WHBRBAS, the said report so made and filed, together with details . speci- fications, estimates, maps and schedules. are hereby approved and adopted by said City Council : and WHBRBAS, the City Council directed the City Clerk to publish in the Englewood Herald and Enterprise. a newspaper of 9eneral circulation in said City . Notice of a proposition to create said Di•trict, and that on August 6. 1 9 62 . at 8:00 o'clock P.
