The zoning of the hereinafter described property located within the City of Bnglewood, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, is hereby changed from R-1-D (Reaidence District) Classification to R-2-B (Residence District) Cl•••if ication, to-wit: Lot• 5 through 46 inclusive, Block 4 Higgins South Broadway Heights, being the area bounded on the North by the southerly line of the c-2 (Buaineaa Diatrict) on Bast Hampden Avenue, on the Baat by the center line of South Bmerson Street, on the South by the northerly line of Highway Ho. 70, and on the West by the center line of South Clarkson Str-t, all in the City of Englewood, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado. ~on 2.
