WHEREAS , application has been made for the rezoning of certain pro-
perties hereinafter descr ibe d fr om R-1-A (Re sidence District) classifi-
cation to M-2 (Industrial District), M-1 (Industrial District), ~-1 -B
(Re sidence District), and C-1 (Bus ine ss District) classificatio~~as
herein a fter set f orth , and the City Planning Commission has recommended
approval of such chanoe i n zoninq; and,
REA S , public notice has been qi ven of such proposed rezoning by
one publication i n the Enqlewood Herald and Enterprise, a newspaper of
eneral circulation within the City a nd the official newspaper of the
~ity , at least fifte en (15) days before the public hearinq on such re-
zonino, and notice of such proposed rezoning has been posted on the
property for fifteen (15) consecutive da y s prior to such hearing, as
required b y ordinanc e ; a nd,
WHEREAS , public he ar i nq wa s held pursuant to the aforesaid not i ce
by the City Council of the City o f Enql ewood in the Council Charnbe~ of
the Citv Hall, 3345 So uth Bannock Street , Enq lewood, Colorado, on th e
18th da y of July, A.O. 1960 ; at the hour of 8:00 P .M., a t which hearing
no persons appeared to protest or oppose the proposed chanqe in zoning;

zoning practices justify the change in zoning of the hereinafter describei
property from R-1 -A (Residence District) classification to M-2 (Industrial
District), M-1 (Industrial District), R-1 -B (Residence District), and C-1
