T he first sentence of subsection 20 of Section A of ection 2 of Ordinan ce No . 15, Series of 1956, is hereby amended to read as ollows: "Owners of property with connections for residential use having taps one (1) inch in diameter or larger, for com- mercial use of any kind regardless of size cf taps or e rvice, and for residential use on premises with per- manently installed swimming pools filled from City supply, will be required to install water meters." Section 2. The City Co unc il hereby finds, determines and declares this Ordinance is necessary for the imme diate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and convenience. Section 3. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists: therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its final passage and publication. Passed on First Read ing by the C ity Council of the City of Englewood, Colorado, this 21st day of April, A. D. 1958, and ordered published in the nglewood Herald and Enterprise.
