"Rear Yards for Shallow Lots. For each foot by which
a lot in a residential dist r i ct, at the time of en-
actwent of this Ordinance , is less than one hundred (1 00 )
eet deep , three (3) inches may be deducted fr om the
equired l east dep th of the rear yard , pro vided, however ,
hat no required rear ya1·d sh all be less than twenty (2 0 )
feel in R-1-A , h -1-B , H-1 -C and R -1-D Dis tricts a n d fif-
een (15) feet in H-2-A , H-2-B , R-3-A and ll -3-B Districts."
