T hat th e City of ~ng lcwoo d, Co lor ado b e h e r eby divided into four (4) Wards and that the boundarie s of s aid Wa rds arc h ere by est ab lished as follows: a. T hat Ward No . l .s hall inc lude, and be comp ri sed o f , all that part of the City of n g lewood , as now constituted, situated and lying North of State Highway No. 70 as now located, and West of South Logan Street . b. T hat Ward No . 2 sha ll include, and be comprised of, all that par t of the City of ~nglewood, as now cons c ituted, situated and lying NorLh o f East Jefferson Avenue, and East of S outh Logan S treet. c. T hat Ward No . 3 shall include, and be comprised of , all t hat part of the City of nglewood, as now constituted, sit uated and lying North of East Quincy Avenue and West Quincy Avenue. and South of St a te Highway No . 7 0 as now located. d. T hat Ward No. 4 shall include, and be compri sed of, all that part of the City of nglewood, as now cons titu ted, situated and lying S outh of East Quincy Avenue and West Quincy Avenue. SEC f ION 2. T hat said Wards be hereby divided into t welve (12) Precincts and the boundaries thereof are hereby established as follows: a. T hat Precinct No . 1 sha ll include, and b e comprised of, all that part of the said ard No. 1. situated and lying West of South Bannock St reet. b. f hat Precinct No . 2 shall include, and be compri sed of, all that part of the said ard No. 1, situated and lying So uth of East and West Dartmouth Avenue, and East of South Ban- nock Street. c. T hat P recinct No .3 shall include , and be comprised of, all that part of the said ard No. 1, situated and lying North of East and West Dartmouth Avenue, and East of South Ban- nock Street. d. f hat Precinct No. 4 shall include and be comprised of , all that part of the said ard No. 2 , situated and lying North of E a st Dart mouth Avenue from South Logan Street to South Franklin Street. e. T hat Precinct No . 10 shall includ e, and be comprised of , all that part of the said ard No. 4. situated and lying North of East Unio n Avenue , and East of South Broadway. k. T hat Precinct No. 11 shall include, and be comprised of, all that part of the said ard No. 4, situated and lying South of East Union Avenue and E as t of South Broadway. 1. T hat Precinct No. 12 shall include, and be comprised of, all that part of the said ard No. 4, situated and lying South of West Qui ncy Avenue and West of South Broadway. SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordin ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. T he City Council here by finds , determines and declares that this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservati on of the public peace, health , safety and convenience. SECTION 5. In the opinion of t he City Council an emergency exists; therefore, this Ordin- ance shall take effect and b e in force from and after its final passage and publication. Passed on First Heading by the Cit y Council of t h e City of Englewood, Colorado, this 3rd day of June , A. D. 1957 , and ordered published in the E nglewood Herald and Enterprise.
