HomeMy WebLinkAbout1956 Ordinance No. 026BY AUTHCRITY ORDINANCE NO . 26, SERIE) OF 1956 AN Ore> CE REPEALING OBSOLETF., DUPLICATED AND CONFLICT ING ORDINANCES CF THE Cl'J'Y OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO. riliEREAS, a comprehensive study of the ordinances of the City of Englewood, Colorado, has been submitted to the City Council , from which it appears that there are a number of ordinances therein specified which are obsolete, duplicated and conflict ine; and WHEREAS, it ap~ars to the City Council of the City of Englewood, Colorado, that the public peace, safety and general welfare will be proMoted by the repeal of the aforesaid ordinances and that the recod.ification of the ordinances of the City now in progress will be thereby simplified ~nd expedited.
