That the streets, alleys, roadways and rights of way hereinafter described lie wholly within the city limits of the City of Englewood, Colorado, and do not constitute a boundry line between said City and any other City, Town, or City and County . Section 2 . That the vacation of the streets, alleys and roadways h ereinafter described will not leave a.ny land adjoining without an est ablished public road connecting said land with a nother established public road. Section 3. That the f ollowing descr ibed streets, roadways, rights of way and ·alleys, to-wit: All of Pine Way from the East right of way line of South Washington Street tot he West right of way line of South Clarkson Street, and all of the alleys in Block "H" and "J" in the Resubdivision of the E~-of Block "B" and Block "P", and Blocks C, D, E, F, G.,H, J, K, L, M, N, AND 01 Hermosillo Place; be, and they are hereby, declared vacated, pursuant to the provisions of chapter 217 , Session Laws of Colorado, 1949. The City of Englewood, however, expressly reserves the right to continued use of any now existing rights of way or ea sements for sewer, gas , water or similar pipe lines and appurtenances, if' any, and now existing ditches or canal~ and appurtenances, if any, and for now ex.istine electric, telephone and similar lines and and a ppurtenances , if any. Section 4. It is expressly provided that title to said vacated streets, roadways, rights of way and alleys shall vest in accordance with Section 2,{C), Chapter 217, Session Laws of Colora do, 1949. Section 5. 'l'he City Counci l hereby finds, determines and declares that this ordinance is necessary for th e immediate preservation of the public peace, health , safety and convenience. Section 6 . In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists; therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in farce from and after its final passage and publ ication.
