ORDINANCE REORGANIZING THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLO-
RADO, PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 3A, SUBDIVISION l,CHAPTER 163, 193.5 C.S.A.,
AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ADOPTING AN ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN PURSUANT
TO SECTION 11.5 (1.5) OF SAID ARTICLE 3A; SETTING FORTH THE DEPARTMENTS,
EMPLOYEES AND DUTIES PRESCRIBED BY SAID ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN AND RE-

Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
Sec tion J. The City Council hereby finds, determLnes and declares that this Ordin-
ance is necessary for the immediate prese rvation of the public peace,
h e alth, s a fety and convenience.
Section 4. In t h e op inion of the City Council an emergency exists; therefore,
this Ordinance shall take effect a nd be in force from and after its
fina l passAge and publ ication.
PASSED on First Reading by the City Council of the City of Englewood,
ColorRd o, this 5th d Ry of January, A. D. 1953, and ordered published
in the Englewood Enterprise.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Final Reading by the City Council of the City of
Englewood, Colorado, this 2nd day of February, A.D. 19.53, and ordered
published in the En gl ewood Enterprise.
