BE IT ORDAINED BY Trrn CITY COUNCIL OF TH E CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO:
S ECTION 1.
That Section 202 of Ordina nce No.~ Series of 1943 be, and it is hereby,
amended by striking therefrom the words ,~if re~uired".
SECTION 2.
That Ordinance No. __!__, Series of 1 943 be, and it is hereby, amended by
adding thereto:
SECTION 3.
"Section 202-A. The survey furni shed sha ll show the grade elevation
of the property upon which con stru ction is to be executed, and if such
e levation indicates that fill will be necessary to bring the property to
proper grad e for building , and upon ins pe ction prior to construction by
the Building I nspector, 1a~d fill will obstruct, alter or chang e the flow
of water drainage from its t her etofore natural course, no permit shall be
issued for construction until the app licant has made provision for the
disposal of drainage in a manner a ppr oved by the office of the City Engi&
neer of the City of Englewood."
The City Counci l hereby finds , determines and declares that this Ordinance
is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public pe~ce, health, safety
and convenience.
SECTION 4.
In the opinion of th e City Council an emergency exists; therefore, this
Ordinance shall take effect a nd b e in for ce from and after its final passage and
publicat ion .
Passed on F irst Reading by the Ci t y Council of the City of Englewood, Colo-
rado, this 2nd day of June, A. D. 1952, and ordered pu bl ished in the Engle'VDod
Press .
