described, is l oc ·l te d entire ly with i n the corp or a te l im its of the City of Englewood, Colcrado,
and has never b een opened to the public and the vacation thereof will leave no land adjoining
said alley wit h out an established publi c road connecting said land with another established
puu lic road.

for t h e immediate preservation of t he public peace, health safety and convenience.
