Th a t th e use or maint e nance of an outhou s e or privy within the territory desingatei as En g lewood S an it ary Sewe r Di st rict No. 1, or within the territory of any existing or future ex- t en sion s t h e reto, o r within 400 feet of any sewer line, is hereby declared unlawful and is prohi b ited . 3 . That any outhous e s or pr ivie s locat ed in d istricts berein bef ore described shall, upon notice as herein aft e r a et f orth , be demolish e d by and at the e xp e nse ot the property owner. Notice shall be give n t he prope r t y own e r in writi ng e i t h er by p e rsonal servic e , be r egistered mail or by publi- c ation in a week l y n e ws pa p e r pu b l ish ed in th e City of F.nglewo od, Co l orado, at least once each we ek fo r t wo successive wee ks .
