SECTION 4.
The r a t es a n d c h ·1 r g e s h e r einabove fixed shall be paid to the City Treasurer or the City
or Eng l ew l od in cash, o r by t he sien i ng of n promissory installment note bearing si1 per cent interest,
on or bef or e t h irt y day s from t h e dat e or fin a l passage of this Ordinance.
Upon fa i lure to pay within th e time set forth or upon default of the terms of any promis-
sory note execut ed he r eund er, the Cit y Clerk sh a ll certify to the County Commissioners of Arapahoe County
the rate s a nd c h a r g e s due , and sai d r a tes and charges shall becane a lien upon the real property aerved
by said S anitary Sew e r a nd be c o llected in t he s ame manner as though they were a part of the taxes.
5.
Th e Ci t y Council he reby finds, determines and declares that this Ordinance is necessary
for t h e immediate preservation o f t h n pu o lic peace, health, safety and convenience.
6.
I n t he o p i n i n or t he City ~ouncil an emergency exists: Therefore, this Ordinazice
shall take e f fect and be in forc e from and after its final passage and publication.
