~ECTI Oli 1 . That there be and there hereby is appropriated from out of
the revenues derived from taxation in the City of ~nglewood, Colorado, from
the collection of licenses fees and from all other eQurces of revenue during
the year beginninp .Ja nuary 1, 193~, and ending December 31, 1~33, the amounts
hereinafter set torth for the objects and purposes specified and set opposite
thereto, respectfully as follows: to-wit:

ECTIO ~J 2 . Th at all ill Oneys in the hands of the City Treasurer, or to
come into his hands for the fiscal year 1~32, maybe applied to outstanding
legal clai ms now due, or to become due, or to become due for the said fiscal
year 19~2.
SECTIO~ 3 . That all unappropriated moneys that may come into the hands
of the City Treasurer durin ~ the fiscul year 1933 muy be so distributed
~ong the re spe ctive funds herein as the City Council ~ay dee m best under
such control l us is prescribed by law.
iK C ~I0~ 4 . That during and at the close of the fiscal year 1933, any
purplus moneys in any of the respective funds ~fter all claims for 19 ~3
against the sau e have been paid, may be di~tributed to any other fund or
unds in the discretion of the City Council.
~ECTI OJ 5. Th e City Council hereby finds, determines and declares
that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health und cafety.
In the opinion ot the City Council an emergancy exi~ts; therefore,
this ordinance shall take e ffect and be in force from and after its passage.
