TERUED THE ANHUAL APPRO?HIATION BILL FOR TH~ FISCAL YEAR 192'1.
BE IT ORDAillED BY THE CITY COUUCIL Ob' THE CITY OF EUGLE\VOOD:·
Section 1. That there be and there hereby ie appropriated from out of the
revenues derived from taxation in the City of Englewood, from the collection
of license fees and fron all other sources of rt~~nue during the year beginning
January l, 1~27, and ending December 31, 1927, the amounts hereinafter set forth
for the objects and purposes specified and set opposite thereto, respectively,
as follows, to-wit:

Public Improvornent Fund
General Expense Fund -----
City Light Fund ---
Fire Fund ----
Library Fund ---------

Section 2. That all monies in the hands of the City Treasurer or to oome
into hie hands for the fiscal year 1926, may be applied on outstanding legal
claims now due, or to becorae due for the said fisoal year 1926.
Section 3. That all unuppropriated monies that may come into the hands of
the City Treasurer during the fiscal year 1~27 may be so distributed 8.rlong
the reapectivo funds herein as the City Council rnay deem best under such
c ontrol as is prescrib e d by l aw.
Section 4. That during and at t he close of the fiscnl year 1927, any surplus
1uonies in any of the respective funds after all claims for 1 927 against the
same have been paid, muy be distributed to any other fund or funds in tile
disoretion of the 0 1ty Counoil.
Secti~n 5. The City Council hereby finds, determines and declares that this
Ordinance is necessary for the inunediate preservation of tho publ ic peace,
health and safety.
In the o pinion of the City Council an emergen cy exists; therefore, this
Ordinance shall tal:c effect and bo in force fro r'1 md after 1 ts passage.
