Seo. l That from and after the passage of thie ordinance all vehicles hereafter
parked on South Broad•~ between Yale Avenue on the north and Union Avenue on the
south,ehall be parked parallel with the curb on eaid street,and right wheels of
said vehicles shall be at a distance of not more than twelve 1nchesC12")from the
curb,&nd t.here ahall be a apace of four feet C4')between eaoh vehicle parked.
Seo.2. Vehicles parked on South Broad•B.#' Avenue be,ween Ployd Street on the
north and Jefteraon Street on the South,and on Hampden Avenue between Linooln
Street on the east and -.mioc street on the west between the boura of 8:00 A.K.
and 6:00 P.M. shall not remain parked for over two (2) hours at a time at 9.117 one
plaoe.

8eo.3. All ordinances or sections of ordinances of the Cit7 of Englewood in oonfliot
with the above provisions are hereby repealed.
8eo.4. B7 reason of the fact that the above proviaione are necessary tor the im
immediate preservation of the public health and safety,this ordinance shall become
immediately effective and shall not be eubJect to the referendwa provisions of the
Lawe of Colorado.
