SECTIOlf 1. That Ordinance No. 2. Series of 1924, entitled as above set forth, be and I
the same is hereby amended by striking out that part of Section a. of said ordiaance re-
fering to the busilless of Real Estate Brokers.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the City Council of the Cit7,:of Englewood, Colorado,
an amergenoy exists, therefore this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediate-
ly from and after its passage and publication ae reciuired by law, and on abcount of the
public health, welfare and safety of the City of Englewood,Colorado this Ordinance ~11
not be subject to any of the referendum Statutes of the State of Colorado.
