In case of such an election to pay installments the assessments shall be payable in twenty equal annual installments of princi pa l, the first of which installments shall be due ant pqable on the first day of June, .• D. 1925. and the remaind er of so.id i ms tallments shall be due and I I I payable sucoeesively on the same day in each year thereafter until paid in full with interest in 11 cases on the ,m 1:1.id principal of e ,!.ch of said inatal lments unti 1 the inaturi ty there.tr at the r u te of five and one-half per centum per annum, pay1ible annually, with said inatall- ment1 respectively. Failure to puy any instalments, whether of principn l or intereai when due , shall cause the whole of the un pa id principal to become due and payable immed- iately, and the whole of the unpaid principal and accrued interest shall thereafter draw interest at the rate of one per centwn per month or fraction of a month, until the day of eale, as provided by law , but at any time prior to the day of tho sale the owner may PaJ' the amount of all w1paid installments, with interest at one per centu:-l per month or frac- tion ot a month and al penalties accrued, a nd shall thereupon be restored to the right . thereafter to apy installments in the same manner as if default has not been suffered. The owner of any property not in defa ult as to any installemnt or payment, may at &n7 time ptq the whole of the unpaid prinoinal with interest accruing to maturity of next install• ment of prinoi m·l or interes t. Payments may be made to the City Trea~urer at any time within thirty days after the paesuge of this ordinance, and an allowance of five per oen- tua will be made on all payments during such period only.
