COLORADO , AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 26 , SERIES OF 1963 , AS AMENDED .
WHEREAS , it is necessary to create an attract ive environ-
ment for living , d oing business , and working in the City of
Englewood ; and
WHEREAS , it i s necessary to provide r elief fran the high
concentr ation of off-street paved parking areas along l ocal ,
arterial , and collector s treets; and
WHERE:IIS , it is necessary to ins t all drought tolerant plants
and low maintenance landscaping to reduce th e consumption of water ;

If t he nature of the vio l ation makes it impractical to
co rrect within five ( 5) Jays • the own e r shal l ti ul>mit u

letter of intent to correct to the City Manager and
shall correct the violation in the next planting
season. Failure to reasonably comply with this
ordinance, either after filing a letter of intent
or without filing such a letter, can lead to action
being taken in accordance with E.M.C. '69, 1-1-20,
as amendeu.

Section 2 . Hearing . In accordance with Section 40 of tne City
OlaL t er , the City Council shall hold a public hearing on this
Ordinance , before final passage , at 7:30 P.M, on December 20 , 1983 .
