Purchase Agreement ''), between the Issuer and the Origi nal Pu rchase r, (d) a proposed fcrm of Inducement Letter to be d a ted as of the date of t he final adoption o! this Ordinance (the "In- d u cement Letter"}, amon g the Partnership, the I ssuer and the Original Purchase r, (e} the Preliminary Official Statement to be used by the Original Purchaser in connecti on with the ricing, macketing and sale o! the Bonds (the "Prel imi n ary Official Statement") and (f) a proposed f orm of final Offi- cial Sta:ernent (the "final Official Statement") to be dated as cf the date of the final adoption of this Ordinance. Th e distribution and use of the ?reliminary Offici al Statement a~d the proposed distributi on and use of the final Official Statement in connection with the sale of the Bond s is hereby a cknowledged; provided, however , that neithe r the Issuer no r any officer or empl oyee thereof has or assu me s any responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in t he Prelimi - nary Official Statement or the final Offic ial Statement.
