By Ordinance NO. 23 , Series o( 1983 , an easanent was toli?granted to the State of Colorado , Department of Natural Resour -:es , Wate r Conservation Board , when the legal desc ription was dete rmi ne-J . Since Ordinance NO . 23 , Seri es of 1983 , the Sta t e of Color ado has requested several c hang es i n t h~ e-:1set1ent specifically the name o f the Sta t e agency to accept the easenent and tha t t he State wanted clarifica t ion l ang uag e on the fac t tha t t he State wo ul d no t be responsible for ranoving City of Eng lewood improve- me nts.
