toli?granted to the State of Colorado , Department of Natural
Resour -:es , Wate r Conservation Board , when the legal desc ription was
dete rmi ne-J . Since Ordinance NO . 23 , Seri es of 1983 , the Sta t e of
Color ado has requested several c hang es i n t h~ e-:1set1ent specifically
the name o f the Sta t e agency to accept the easenent and tha t t he
State wanted clarifica t ion l ang uag e on the fac t tha t t he State
wo ul d no t be responsible for ranoving City of Eng lewood improve-
me nts. Th e Ci t y counc il he r e by amend s the Gr ant o f Ea senent i n
Ordinance No. ~3, Series of 198 3 , and ad opts thi s easl311ent att.,ched
and descr ipt ion found i n the a t tached Gr ant of Easenent Pa r cel U4 .
