GRANT OF SEWER AND WA TER LINE EASEMENT
THI S GRANT of a sewer and water li n e easement this "Grant") is

Street, Englewood, CO 80110.
The parties covenant and agr ee as follows:

over , under , across a nd t hrough the Easement Prope rty for th e
purpose of const ru cting , operating, mai ntaining , r epa i ring ,
replac ing , removing and enlarging t he ''Line s and Appurt e nances '', as
he r ei na fte r defined . The ''Li nes and Appu rtena nces'' shall mean one
or more water or sewe r pipelines and all necessa ry und er gr ound an d
sulface appurtenances ther e to necessa ry or des i rable for the
transmission of wastewater, including , but not limi ted t o , mai ns ,
co nd uits , vaults , man ho le s , or other facilities as requir ed .
The Easement Property consists of t wo sewe r line easements l e~al l y
described on Att achm ents 1 and 2 , which ar e incorpo r ated herein by
re f erence .
