In order t o minimiz e any ad v erse effects on the adjacent single-family ar e a, the b u ff e r shall be not less than a tw e nty-five (25) foot landscaped area an d an opaque six (6) foot de corative fence shall b e prov i ded . 'l11e Council of the City of Englewood hereby declares that it would have phrased this Ordinance and each art icle , section , subsecti on , cl a use or phrase hereof , irr espective of the fact that any one or more a r t i cles , sections , sentences , clauses and phrases be declared unconstitutional . B. Scope . '!his Ordinance r e lates to zoning , ard it does not repeal , abrogate , annul , or in any way im pair or interfere with existi ng provisions of other l aws or ordinances , except those repea led herei n . Wher e this Ordinance impos~s a greater r es triction upon land , buildings , or structures than imposed or required by such existing provisions of l aw or ordinance , the provisions of this Ordinance shall contro l. Any person , firm , or corpora tion tha t violates , d1sobeyF-, an1 ts , neglects or re fuses to ccxn ply with or resists the en forcement of a ny of the provisions of th is Ordina nce shall be fi,1ed not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more tha n three hundred doll rs ($300, for each offense .
