TO LILLARD & a.AR~ CONSTROCTION CCMPANY FOR A TEN-FOOi' STRIP OF
LAND AT THE BI -S:: !TY WASTl:l<IATER TRFA1MIWI' PLANT.
WHEREAS, many properties were purchased for construction of
the Bi-City waste..,ter Treatment Plant; and
wtmREAS, these properties are now amassed into one large
p.ar c el with the City of Littleton o...,ing a one-half interest; and
WHEREAS, part of this property consists of a ten-foot strip
that is a right-of-way to s. Santa Fe Dr. and is not neede:l by the
Bi-City Plant; ard
WHEREAS, Lillard & Clark Construction ~pany o..ns the
property adjacent to this ten-foot strip and desires to purchase
the strip for $3,500; ard
WHEREAS, t~ Bi-City &Jpervisory Cannittee has recarmende:l
s.,le of this ten-foot strip to Lillard & Clark Construction ~pany
for the total s1111 of $3,500;

Section l. '!bat the City of J;hglewood hereby quit claims its
one-half Interest in the ten-foot strip of right-of-y to South
Santa Fe Drive on the Bi-<:itrwastewater Treatment Plant property
to Lillard & Clark Construction ~pany for the total B1111 of
$3,500. A copy of the <flit claim deed is attached hereto ard
incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. '!he Mayor ard ex officio City Clerk-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to sign ard attest the quit claim deed for and on
behalf of City Council ard the City of D"qlewood.

6th day of January, 1986.
Published as a Bill for an Ordinance on the 8th day of
January, 1986.
