Section 3. There i s h ereby approved a Grant of Sanitary
Sr1.<1er J.,~ase ment f o r Pha se II of 'J'hc Murks Project, as show ,. on
Att achme n t 3, which is incorporated he rein by reference.
Section 4. The c{ty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor t o
s i~n a nd City Clerk to attest these three easements for and on
hC'half of City Council and the City of Englewood.
