WHEREAS, the City Planning ancl Zoning Ccmnission recannended vacation of
this riqht-of-way within the Phase III area of the EURA Plan at their August
18, 1987 meeting;

by /\ccma Street on th~ east, and by !lanpden/U. S. 285 on the south, legally
described as fol11:JNS: is hereby vacated effective June 1, 1989:
The former West Girard /\venue betl.'een the south right--0f-way line of
Enql"""lC>C. Parkway and the south right--0f-way line of the former West
Gi raril l\venun, snid south right-of-way line being the north boundary
line of the undedicated portion of Lots 8 and 32, Flood's Addition to
En'.!lewood; and the north boundary line of Lot 12 1 Block 1, City Gardens
