Di s trict shall, ~t all times, prope rly maintain its sewer syst e m and shall rectify any probl e ms or conditions which hnve been det e rmine d by District or City to be detrimental to City's treatment process. Should the City determine that any di s charge enters the sewer system contrary to governing laws, n rclinnnce~ 1 s tatutes, ru lcs, r c gul a t ion s or permits, District nn r ces t o p roce e d a t once to d o whatever i s necessary to r e ctify such condition . 5 . City shall have the riqht to allocate service under this contract, and Cit y mc1y aeny r\dditional service provided, however, that in no e vent will City t e rminate service without c Ause. City shall have the right to disconnect s e rvice to a ny area annexed by District when such annexation takes place withnut prior written City approval. Distri c t shull provide City within one year of this 11qr e ement, an estimate of the number of equivalent service tap s needed fnr the ne xt five (5) years under current zoning and planned ~dildout in District's area. District shall 1n o nitor z o n !ng changes within its area to estimate its tap r e quire me nts and pro vide City with notice o f tap requirements for the next five year period of time in a f orm satisfactory to the City. Notice of these requirements s h all be given City on each anniversary date of this agreement. G. District agrees to pay to City those fees and charges, including tap fees, user fees and such other fe~s, charges, a nd assessments as are approved by the City Council.
