Section 16-4-12, B-2 Business District, Englewood Municipal Code 1 985, is hereby amended in Subsections A and C to read as follows: 16-4-1 2: B-2 Business District: A . General Bl!.:g~ Rm(Jm1ENTS. 'Ihe provisions k-und in this Zone District shall be subJect to the requirements and standards found in sections 16.5, General Regulations, SEX::'I'IOOS 16-4-17, FENCES AND RETAINING NALLS; 16-4-18, LANDSCAPE cm>INANCE, AND 16-4-19 SIGN CODE, AND PN'f CJl'HER APPLICABLE CITY ORDINANCES, unless otherwise provided for in this Ordinance or an i'lmc'nanent hereto. c. Permitted Principal Uses. No buildiN,;, structure, or land shall be used, and no building or structure shall be erected, str'llcturally altered, e nlarged or ma i ntained unless otherwise provided for in this Ordinance , except for one or rrore of the following uses: 1. ."-n y use permitt ed in the B-1 Business Distrkt. 2 . Residential use must conform to the development requirements of the R-3, High-Density Residence District. 15. .rmy similar lawful use, which, in the opinion of the Camti.ssion, is not objectionable to nearby property by reason of \IOISE, odor, dust, sm:::ike, furres, gas, heat, glare, radiation or viJ:)ration, or is not hazardous to the health and property of the surrounding area through danger of fire or explosion. Section 2 . Ti tle 16-4-12, Englewood Municipal Code 1985, is hereby arrended by deleting Subsectio n E 2, Sales lots for new and used autarobiles, m:itor vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, or rrotorcycles. Section 3 . Title 16-4-12, Englewood Municipal Code 1985, renumber Subsections E 3 to E2 and E 3 b to E 2 band amend as follows: 2.
