Natkin anticipates consolidating their operations and moving into the buildings located on the proposed Lot 2. After the public hearing and Planning Commission consideration of the preli111lnary plat, the Commission 111ay give its unconditional approval, conditional approval, or the subdivision plat may be disapproved. If the preliminary plat is approved or conditionally approved, the applicant shall prepare a final plat _incorporating any suggestions or conditions resulting fr0111 the public hearing. If the preliminary plat is disapproved, the applicant ■ay appul the decision to the City Council as set forth in Section 10-2-9 of the Subdivision Regulations . Upon the submission of the final plat, the Planning Com111ission shall review the fi- nal plat for confor111ance to any conditions imposed on the preliminary plat . After this review, the Co11111ission shall either approve, conditionally approve, or disap- prove the final plat . When the final plat Is approved , it Is forwarded to City Council for their approval . Upon approval by City Council, the plat will be record- ed in the Office of the Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder.
