WIIEREAS, there are many hares in the City of Englewood that were

with celling heights of less than that required in the Housing Code; and

1985, Housing RegUl.ations, is hereby anended to read as foll""s:

height of less than five feet (5'), or the floor area of any closet or
storage ca,partrrent, shall not be considered as part of the floor area
in ccnputing the total of floor area of the roan for the p.,rpose of
determining the maximum permissible occupancy of the dwelling unit.
Section 2. Title 9, Chapter 31\, Section 4, Englewood Municipal Code
1985, Housing RegUl.ations is hereby airended by adding new l'ubsections A and B
and relettering existing Subsections l\ THRCXJGH E AS t:, D, E, F, and G, said
new Subsections to read as foll(1;/$:
