WHEREAS, the City of Englewood entered into a Connector's Agreement with the County to provide treatm!nt for wastewater originating at the waste Manage,ent of Coloraoo, Inc. managed County Line Landfill al August 20, 1984; and WHEREAS, the parties on June 26, 1987 entered into an Amenchent to the Connector• s Agreerent which extended the provisions of that Connector's Agreerent to August 20, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City of Englewood, the County of Arapahoe, and Waste Management of Coloraoo, Inc. wish to further extend the Connector's Agreerent; and l,'IIEREAS, the City of Englewood in accordance with the provisions of the City of Englewood Municipal Code authorized the County by permit to discharge wastewater into the sanitary sewer system in .-::cordance with the effluent limitation, rronetary requirer"'nts and other conditions set forth in the Wastewater Contribution Peimit; and I~, the Permit by its terms will expire al May 14, 1990; and 1"1iEREAS, not withstanding the November 15, 1989 renewal deadline contained in the Permit the City wishes to reissue the Peimit; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to h5ve the Connector's Agreement as amended on June 26, 1987 extended to .\ugust 20, 1995 with the conditions of the Connector's Agree,ent and First Amenaient thereto oot inconsistent with this Amenaient to be reaffi.nred and to remain in full force and effect; and t111EREAS, the parties wish the Permit that becmre effective May 15, 1987 and which was revised June 3, 1988 to expire al May 14, 2005 with all of the terms and conditions c,f the permit to be reaffirmed and remain in full force and effect, IOI, TIIEREFCJIB, BE IT OlIDAINED BY THE CITY CXXJOCIL CF T!lE CITY CF ENGLEW:lOD, CCJLCRI\DO, AS ro!.L()i5: Section l.
