The tenn of the Waste Water Transmission Agreement bet....,.,n South ArapW>.c:e Sanitation District, the Board of County Camu.ssioners of the -::Ounty of Arapahoe, the City of Englewood and Waste Managarent of Colorado, Inc. , is hereby extended to August 20, 1995. Section 2 . To prever. _ build-up of rretals deposits in the South Arapahoe Sanitation District's line, the District s.oall annually inspect such line fran the County of Arapahoe 's point of connection in the Fairways cxmrercial tract to the connection to the District• s 11 B11 line, a distance of approximately 4 , 000 feet. The inspection shall be done by District's regular maintenance contractor. If any build-up of sludge or other solid materials is found, the sane shall be rerroved by jet-cleaning or other apprcpriate rreans, The Di strict shall have such rerroval or cleaning charges billed by separate invoice, which County shall pay within thirty ( 30) days of receipt. If the charges are anticipated to exceed $1,200.00 for any one cleaning pursuant to this Paragraph, Count y shall be notified by the District in advance of the performance of the cleaning work . Each annual inspection, and any necessar, =leaning, shall be done during the nonth of August , with the final inspection, and any necessary cleaning, to be done oo or about Augu st 20 , 1995, to coincide "ith the tennination of the Agreement, to leave the District with a clean pipe. The term of the Waste Water Transmission Agreement is h ereby extended to Auqust 20, 1995. 2 . To prevent a build-up of metals deposits in DISTRICT'S line, DISTRICT shall annually inspect such line from COUNTY'S point of connection in t h e Fairways ccmmercial tract to the con- nection to DISTRICT'S "B" line, a distance of a pproximately 4,000 feet. The insp.,ction shall be done by DISTRIC:T' S regular main- tenance contract~r. If an y build-up of sludge or other solid mater i als is found, the same shall be removed by jet-cleaning or other appropriate means. DISTRICT shall have such removal or cleaning charges billed by separate invoice, which COUNTY shall pay within thirty (30 ) days of receipt.
