WHEREAS, the State Department of Local Affairs has rotified the City
of Englewood that $175,000 was approved for the City housing rehabilitation
and aaninistration under the Rehabilitation Loan Program; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Englewood Housing Authority previously
entered into an agreerrent for transfer and aaninistration of funds received
for the housing rehabilitation program; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to transfer the funds recently
approved for the City of Englewood for this p.irpose to the Englewood
Housing Authority;

BACKGROUND
The City was recently notified by the Department of Local Affair ■ that the Corrmunity
Development Block Grant application for the Houaing Rehabilitation Program was
approved for $175,000 . Th• attached Bill authorize ■ the tran ■fer of the ■e fund ■ and

Authority.
