WHERE'.AS, under Title 1, Olapter 6F, Section 7 , m: 1985, City Council established a hazardous waste ro.ite throogh the C lty of Dlglewoocl; and WHERE!IS, Title 43, Article 6, Colorado Revised Statutes, provides for the transportation of hazardous/dangerous materials by JTOtor vehicle in the State of Colorado, and no route was established through the City of Englewood for interstate or intras'.:llte transportation of hazardous/dangerous materials; and WHERFAS, 43-6-305(1), C.R.S . requires that the distance traveled for local pickup and delivery of hazardous materials shall be minimized; and l'lHEREl\S, the City desires to arrend its ordinance regarding the designation of rrotor vehicle rou~es for transporting hazardous/dangerous materials within the City of Englewood; 00~, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINID B'l THE CIT'l CXJUNCIL OF THE CIT'l OF ==• COLORADO, THAT : Section 1.
