A r equest ' was made in 1962 at the time the Cinderella City City co mpie x was planned for development, to allow a 150' x 150 ' parcel to be zone d B-2 (General Business), whkh would permit the construction of a Texaco gas station on West Fl oyd Avenue. The Zonin11 C.innission reco11111ended the request for r ezoning be ap -proved on Octo ber 26, 1962. , Reasons for R1zonln9: Currently, Phar -Mor Plaza occupies this site and the B- 2 zoning is no longer necessary .
