WHEREAS, Englewood City Council approved the transfer of certain functions and
personnel from lbc Englewood Police Department to lbc Community Development
Department, thereby creating the Neighborhood Services Section , Communi ty Development
Dcpanment ; and
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ENGLEWOOD , COLORADO AS FOLLOWS:
