WHEREAS, the Er.glewood Cit y Co un ci l passed Ordinance No. 54 , Seri es of 2005 whic h added Reflexology lic ensing, including a Transitional Period requirement ; and WHEREAS , there arc two rcncx olog ists who have practiced their profession for a number of years in the City of Englew oo d; and WHEREAS , the amount of time the two rcflcxologi .c ts ha ve wo rke d in the Cit y exceeds the classroo m traini ng requirement and to ob tain additiona l classroom ins tru ction would be redundant an d a financial hardship; an d WHEREAS , the r assagc of th is Ordinance will ame nd O,dinancc No. 54, Series of 2005 regarding the Trans it ional Peri od requirement, thus all owing these rcflcxologists con tinuing thei r practice in the City of Englewood; NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY OF ENG LEWOOD, COLORADO, AS FOLLO WS: ~.
