Th e Commi ss io n focused o n clarifying and simplifying ex istin g regu lations and also ad dressed permi tt ed materials and co rner lot fencing issues at th e req ues t of Ci ty Counci l. City Coun cil reviewed th e proposed ame ndments durin g th e March 7, 2005 Study Sess ion.
