Section I. The City Co uncil of the City of Englewood, Co lorado hereby
authorizes the intergovernmental Agreement entitl ed "Federa l Equitable Sharing
Agreement" between the United States Dep artm ent of Ju stice and the Ci ty of
Eng lewood, Colorado pertaining to th e dis burseme nt , wi th rest ricti ons , of federally
seized of forfei ted cash or other prop erty, allached hereto as "Exhib it A".

15 . Federal Annual Certifi cation Report. The recipient agenc y shall sub mi1an Annual Cenification Rep ort to the Oepar1 me n1
of Justice and the Department of the Treasury (at 1he address es shown in it em I) and a copy to 1he U.S. Attorney in 1he district
in which the re ci pie]'lt agency is loca1ed . Th e cenifica.tio n mus1 be submitted in accordance with th e ins1ruc1 ions recei ved fr om
