AN ORDINANCE AME NDING TITLE 12, CHAPTER 2, SEC TI ON 2, PARAGRAPH (C).
SUBSECTIO N (I), SUBPARAGRAPH (d) 01-THE ENGLEWOOD MUNICIPAL CODE 2000
APPROVING A PERMITTED INDUSTRIAL FACILITY TO RAISE TH E LO CAL, UPPER pH
LIMITATI ON .
WHER EAS, all industries th at would be alTectcd by the change s in pH li mitation were
noti fied and give n 30 da ys to comment ; and
WHEREAS , the ne w limit is le ss re stric1i ve th .i n the current limit and will be beneficial
to industrial users; and
WHEREAS , the new limit wi ll not have a negative imp ac t to the wastewater plan or thc
co llecti on sys tem ; and
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY
OF ENGLEWOOD , CO LORADO , THAT :
Section I . Title 12, Chapter 2, Section 2, Paragraph (C), Sub section (I), Subparagraph
(d) of the En glewood Muni ci pal Code 2000 is hereby amended to read as fo ll ows:
