O n D ecember 20, 2002 City Co uncil adop ted O rdin ance No. 3, Se ri es of 2002, w hi ch t ·.,n sfe rred th e property kn ow n as Parce l 2 to the EEF I to faci lita te redeve lopm ent. RECOMMENDED ACTION : Staff r eco mm ends that City Co unci l adop t an ord ina nce acce ptin g th e pro p erty kn own as Parce l 2 fr om th e EEF I.
