PSC. T \ pic all v, Q ues t charges th e Ci ty dir ectly for th is work, howeve r, Q ues t engi neers ha ve told
our staff that th ey w ill no t charge fo r th is proj ec t. The Pira tes Cm e pro ject has $30,000 budge ted
fo r thi s work.
