65, Serie s of 2001 ; and
WHEREAS , accord in g to Ordinan ce No . 65, 200 I the Tran sport atio n Advisory
Co mmittee was to tenninat c in two year s unle ss the Committee and pro visions of sa id
Chapter arc renewed by Co un cil Ordinance ; and
WHEREAS , the Englewoo d Cit y Co uncil recognize s th e hard work of the
Tran sportat ion Adviso ry Co mmin ec: and
WHEREAS , the Transportation AdvJSory Commincc and th e Engl ewood City
Council wish to delet e the sun se t provi sion ;
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ENG LEWOOD , COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS :
