The area is defined by th e natural drainag e and ex\ends sou th an d east from Broadway \o th e Valley Highway and fr om Hampden to Linco ln Ave. excluding Highlands Ranch, By co ntract the City of Engl ewood mu st approve any additi o ns of land to be served by the districts. These are usuall y in-fill si tuati o ns that are wi thin what th e City co nsid ers to be the area it has com mitted to serve, Adequate capaci ty has been provided in the tr ea tm en t plant to accommodate all stt ch future inclusions.
