WHEREAS. the Colorado Department of Transportation (COOT) s ubmitted a Joint lls,, Agreement for highway improvemen ts nea r the City Ditch a long Santn Fe from County Line Road to Prince Stree t in Littleton for widening a nd all owing separating mt!diane and additional lanes for traffic safety ; and WHEMAS, the Joint Use Agreement will allow the areas where the City Ditch right-of-way overlaps with the former highway right-of-way and so me portions of the City Ditch right-of-way overlap with the new highway right-of-way; WHEREAS, the Englewood Water a nd Sewer Board reco mmended approval of the City Ditch Joint Use Agreement with the Co lorado Dep artment of Transportation at their August 13 , 2002 me eting; and NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNClL OF THE C ITY OF ENGLEWOOD , COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS: Slli:ilim...l.
