WHEREAS, a duplax has been built at the comer of Baker Avenue and Tejon Street by the curre.nt property owner; and WHEREAS , during the minor subdivision plat submittal for this development the City deter mined that a portion of the existing handicap ramp a t this intersection wu on priva te property; and WHEffi':AS, this dedication will create public Right-Of-Way over thes e sidewalk improvem.enta : NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, AS FOLLOWS: ~-The City Council of the City of Englewood, Colorado hereby accepts the dedication to the City of a twenty-two (22) square foot Right-Of-Way at the intersection of Baker Avenue and Tejon Street by the owner, Jacksora Engineers, Inc., Thomae L.
