WHEREAS, Valley Sanitation District desires to annex into its District an a d.!itiona ar ea located at 2600 West Union Avenue, Englewood, Colorado; and WHEREAS, Supplement No . 19 is for an area approximately 3.2 acres whlt h i• pr pstn tly zo ned 1-1 (Light Industrial) and aaid zoning will remain the aame; and WHEREAS, srud annexation of this additional parcel of land will not in crease the tap alloca tion to the Valley Sanitation District; and WHEREAS it is necessary for said District to amend its contracts with th e Ci ty of Englewood lo include this additional land within the District; :-iow, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF E:-IGLEWOOD , COLORADO, THAT : ~ The Agreement between the City of Englewood and Valley. ffl i<l.J!Uo n District en titled "Supplement No . 19 to Conn ector's Agreement" be and her,by is approved . ISSUE/A CT ION PROPOSED: At their February 9, 1993 meeting, the Water and Sewer Board recommended Council approval of Valley Sanitati on District Supplement #19. PREVIOUS COUNC lL ACTION: None BACKGROUND: A request was made by the Valley Sanitation district :-epresentir,-:; the owne r/developer for annexation to the Valley Sanitation district. Inclusion of this land does not increase the tap a llocation to the Valley Sanitation Di strict. STAFF ANAL YSIS: Supplement #19 is for an area approximately 3.2 acres. The existing zoning is I -1 -Li ght Industrial. The owners are Donald R. and Judith A. Gilliland. The legal is attached as Ex hibit One; the property is also known as 2600 W.
