PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION None . BACKGROUND A request was made by the Southgate Sanitation Di strict, representing the owner / developer, for aruiexation of a property into the Southgate Sanitation District. Inclusion of tl'Js land does not increase the tap allocation ''J the Southgate Sanitation District. STAFF ANALYSIS Supplement #121 is for an area of approxi mately 13 .7 acres . The existing and proposed zoning is residential. Two residential units are proposed at present, with a ceiling of 5 residP.ntial units total. The owners are Daniel L. and Wendy L. Schayes. The legal is attached as Exhibit A; the property is also known as 3900 E. Long Avenue or 5900 5. Jackson Street, Greenwood Village, Colorado. FINANCIAL IMPACT None.
