RECOMMENDED ACTION The Water and Sewer Board, at their March 14, 1995 meeting, recommended Council approval of a Bill for an Ordinance approving Southgate Supplement #125 . BACKGROUND, ANALYSIS, AND ALTERNATIVES IDENTIFIED A request was made by the Southgate Sanitation District representing the owner/developer for inclusion into the Southgate San itation District. Supplement #125 is for an area approximately 4. 7793 acres . The zoning is R-2 .5 and no zoning changes are proposed. The site is currently vacant with the intent to sell the two newly platted lots as two single family homes sites . The owner of the property is the James F. Kelly Trust. The legal is attached as Exhibit A. The property is located at 6616 E. Prentice Ave. which is east of S. Monaco St. And 1/4 mile south of Belleview on the south side of E.
